Laptop power prblem

Hi, i my sister left her old laptop behind. the problem is the power cord she had was broken (in half). No one seems to carry this type of power supply. it is a 20 volt, 6 amp 4 pin socket and ive only seem 1 or 2 things that look like it.

is from "pcnotebook" a company that went out of business
im not sure other that that, other that its XP Home designed and has ATI graphics card - thanks!
