Laptop & My 5.1 Surround

OK, the problem is I bought Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi, downloaded it and it worked but the music was glitchie and then Windows shut down because of an error. I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it happened again. I am not smart when it comes to computers but have no idea what the problem is if everyone says it's compatible and should work. Help please if you may know the answer.

You might try reinstalling the drivers. I?d suggest visiting the Creative support site here: http://support.creative.com/Products/Products.aspx?catid=1.

That should help out, but if not, let me know and I?ll keep looking for a fix.
