Laptop kinda freezing at the windows set up stage :(

So the laptop isn't frozen BUT the timer just won't stop I have a picture but basically I just need to select the partition to delete but I can't because the timers still going on the cursor, so frustrating.

This is on a Hp pro book 4530s
