i am unable to access several keys on my laptop. QWER ASDF UIOP. Did I accidentally hit a wrong button to create this problem? I have a Dell.

Even laptop keyboards. Usually easily replaced.

Clean or replace

Provided this isn't the result of some spill, then maybe removing and cleaning it may help. However, laptop kybds. aren't the easiest to remove at times depending on the model involved. BUT, they can be replaced, just google away for some laptop repair/replacement source vendor.
