Laptop keeps restarting

May 29, 2018 12:10AM PDT

After windows 10 update I got an error saying 'desktop location invalid', couldn't click on anything and only had recycle bean on my desktop (also couldn't be clicked on). So I got w10 on my usb from healthy pc, loaded task manager and started set up for new windows. After 20 % laptop restarted and since then it keeps restarting and I can't do anything. Screen loads, for 1 sec i see cmd, 1 sec windows setup (0%) and it restarts again. Any suggestions?

That's why I said to boot from it, if running the setup doesn't work. I assume it was made on the healthy PC via with the option to install Windows on another PC. Then it's bootable.

You might need to set the BIOS to boot from that USB-stick. That's different for each PC so I can't tell you how.
