This is my Asus X83VB-X2 hard drive Serial ATA-150 - 5400 rpm is it okay to go to 7200rpm?

While I have reservation in going from 4200 to 7200 RPM (check the power specifications of old and new) this step is just one step up and usually never any trouble.
