Laptop freezing when not used

by xandelupo / September 9, 2007 10:34 AM PDT

Hey everyone,
well my problem is a recent one, recently something awkard has been happening that has never occured before. When I leave the laptop with no use for at least some 5min or so the mouse will still move but everything else will not function, as if the screen would freeze up but not the mouse. If I turn off the laptop and re-start it I can use it perfectly, but again, if I don't use it for a couple of min this problem occurs. Any suggestions? thank you.

Given so little to work with, you may want to give at least the basic information that those words in red ask for.
