My bet is they'll have you do a factory reset and if it still fails, get it to service.
Be sure it's on a cooling pad and under warranty.
I've been having this glaring issue with my computer where during gameplay it will begin to stutter (from the sound, the fps, to cursor movements) and then come to a complete halt, not responding to any keystrokes.
This used to happen only once in a blue moon--maybe once every other day--but now it has become more prevalent, happening at least once a day; three to four times during peak hours.
I've updated drivers, got a diagnostic check to see if there was any hardware failure, checked my temperature, etc. The last thing I've done is a soft reset, deleting all of my applications off of the computer, but to no avail.
The only thing I would imagine may be a problem is that for very small, minuscule moments I notice my CPU usage spikes to max, then goes back down to normal.
Here are some of my specs, and I'll post more as they are necessary.
OS: Windows 10
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz
RAM: 24.0 GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64 Based processor
Model : Asus X550VX
If anyone can give me a step in the right direction that'd be great.
