Question

Laptop Connected to my WiFi AND Unidentified Network

Jul 17, 2015 8:42AM PDT

So, as of recent, my laptop has been connecting to an unidentified network as well as my usual router. I don't know how to stop it and have been told it is the reason LastPass doesn't recognise my device.
Although I cannot be certain, I feel like CyberGhost (a VPN), or Remote Mouse (which always showed me my ISP), was responsible so uninstalled both to no avail.
Anyway, I was wondering if anybody could help or suggest the next move.

I'm running into folk that

See more networks in a control panel and write such a post. The current Windows system only connects to one WiFi hotspot at a time. I can show many at a time but will only use one.

Let's see a screenshot of your connection.

Just delete the other connection or change its security settings so it can't connect if you can't get rid of it.
Actually sounds more like a back door.
