The most important thing about the error message is the error number. Something like 0x0000007A. And the program it occurs in. And when it occurs.

And of course we need to know your version of Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1) And what things you last changed in Windows or in the hardware before this happened. And make an model of your laptop.

So please tell more.

More detail is needed. While you are replying tell make, model and the last time along with your schedule of when you use _-> Canned Air <-_.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
