I stopped replacing cells over 10 years ago as I can find laptop batteries on amazon, newegg at reasonable prices.
It's likely the BMS or other issues are in play. To figure it out we swap the battery with a new one and maybe a charger. If both change and the problem is still there we reset the laptop or try it with a Linux load then still failing it's a bum motherboard.

my laptop battery discharges in around 5 minute so i replaced old 18650 cells with 6 new one (high quality cells)
but now the discharge time is the same 5 minutes.
so what is the problem?is there a possibility that BMS board of batteries is damaged? or other problems?
