Question

Laptop Battery broken?

Aug 27, 2012 8:31PM PDT

Hello,

I have a big problem and that battery starts my laptop : http://www.kaufenakkus.com/dell-vostro-3500.html

Well , then I made him immediately but "off" , I just snapped it , what does save energy , he is not down ! Half an hour later my father wanted to get even , he was then about 5 minutes and then the laptop went as usual, he has more wWhen no battery , army under . Then we wanted to recharge the laptop back , but it did not burn once the red LED , which means something like the battery is charging .

And the laptop ( only 7 months old by the way ) you can not start !

Now my question is , has something to do with the charging cable ( there still burns the green light , which means something like that comes from the repays Seckdose power ) or something on the laptop , or is it broken?

You link to a third party replacement battery, not an original Dell battery. I don't assume that's what the laptop came with 7 months ago. That must have been an original one. Why did you replace that?

With non-genuine batteries all bets are off.

Because of battery fires a few years ago, the makers had to lock out other batteries. It's very odd to replace a battery so soon.
