Laptop

Winxp Home

This laptop was a gift and its about a year old. I turned it on and it started to boot, but no more then 10 seconds into the boot it turns off. The funny thing is that it keeps on trying to boot, but it turn off and this can go on and on.....

I have tried to boot on safe move, but it dose the same thing.. Nothing what so ever is DL on this Laptop. No Music no Pictures nothing. The only thing is used for is the Internet and to check mail when im not home.

A Laptop about a year old and not over is under warranty.

Take advantage of such.

There is one test you can try to see if the hard needs repair. Boot the XP Repair CD that came with the laptop. If the menus stay up, then it's likely to just need you to load the OS.
