Re-boot your system and keep pressing the F10
key multiple times and this should get you back
to the Sony (WIPE YOUR DRIVE CLEAN) Recovery.
This will also install all OEM defaults and LAME
Try/Buy programs and related bloatware.
When you finished restoring all your apps and
tweaking everything the way you want it, GO GET
DRIVE IMAGE or GHOST and *MIRROR* your System.
That way, when sshit happens, just pop in the CD
and your back to where you were last with everything
in tact!
Someone I know was trying to do a restore on a Sony Laptop and the disk drive opened during the setup and now the computer displays the sony logo when turned on then goes to a black screen and does nothing. Is there anything that can be done or does anyone know what the problem is? He has tried booting with and without the disk in the drive.
