Language support for Pocket PC 2002

My OS for Pocket PC is english.
I need to find a software that supports chinese. To read chinese caracters as well as documents.
Do you know where i can find it, what is it called?
Any leads will be helpful. Thank you.

Call the maker of the Pocket PC 2002 device and ask if a rom is available or an application.
