Question

Language installed problem

Hi to everyone,

I have windows 10 and I have installed spanish and greek as language to my laptop and I deleted the package of english and I remove it. Now my pc language (setting, control panel, etc) are on spanish but everytime that I open my laptop I have the english language left-down (right of the hour), but no on the control panel! I have to install the english package again and to remove it again, but next time i open my laptop I have it again and only left of the hour... I want to remove it forever of my laptop. How is it possible?

Thank you very much in advance,
Tasos

Answer
It's one of those Microsoft issues.

I can't guess why you uninstalled since leaving it working would be best. Reinstall this and don't fall for the idea that you must remove items like this.

So, first I had english and greek, then I removed english and I installed spanish. I didn't have any problem till the last update of windows that it has installed alone the english again and I can't find it on the control panel but only at the bottom of the screen (left of the time). I have to install the english package again and to remove it again, but next time i open my laptop I have it again and only left of the hour... I want to remove it forever of my laptop. Do a clean install of the Greek or Spanish version of Windows, and add the other one. Probably you won't see EN then. If it returns with the next upgrade of Windows, do it again, or accept that it's the way Microsoft does it.
