many ways

1/ first try add/remove "windows components"
2/ if that doesn't work go to windows update web site and you will (maybe) asked to download these additional language packs as an option
3/ go to add/remove programs and click on add/remove Internet explorer - then ask to add components - extra language packs should be displayed.
If the above doesn't work then let me know and i can give you other ways - you see it all depends on the installed status of your IE.

go to a site that's in greek or korean and when you get the "to view this site properly you need a greek/korean language pack" window, install yes/no? say yes

bit of lateral thinking there - however as long as the "dont show me this again" hasn't been ticked!!
