Language add on

I need to add the capability to type in Spanish (accents, punctuation, etc.). I forgot what I need to download, and where to get it. I have this on my PC running '98 at home. I tried to find it on MS page but no luck. I am guessing it should be on my OS disk, but is there a website I can get this so I don't have to hassle my IT guy?

What you are looking for is an accessory called Character Map. It is in XP under Accessories/System Tools if this was loaded on your PC. If not and you have access to the installation CD (and proper privilages) you might be able to do this yourself without bothering the IT guy. As for free downloads, anything you install might require administrative privileges anyway which could need the IT guy anyway.
