Landline phone with video?

Does anybody know of a standard telephone that offers a video option or attachment? I seem to remember something a few years back...but with all of the new cell phones, I haven't seen anything available.

My mother (in CA) would like to call and see her granddaughters (in VA), unfortunately my mother is computer-challenged. I thought a telephone with a video screen would allow them to talk and see each other at the same time.

Any ideas?

hi! Actually landline video phones are now available. I have one. You can actually have video phone calls. However, the other person you are calling must have a video phone as well.
