Lala.com

Has anyone else heard of Lala. It is a cd swapping service akin to Peerflix is to dvd swapping. One problem with it is they donate a portion of their revenue to the artist, which isn't a problem in and of itself. I think they are just trying to steer clear of any problems with the RIAA, but should arists get revenue from used cd sales and are they even entitled to money from CD sales if they sold that right away.
