Question

Kyocera dumb phone

I have a Kyocera dura xtp flip phone through sprint and would like to be able to send/receive text messages from this phone on my Macbook.
Is this possible?
Thanks

Answer
Almost never.

Nothing in the user or other web pages alludes to such capability.

Thanks

Thanks for checking. I thought maybe there was a computer program that might allow me to use my email or same phone number to receive texts on Mac. It also needs to show up as my number to the recipient.

Yes there are such apps but

Every app or program required me to have a smart phone.
