What do you mean seller and maker not answering

It's a question.

When you buy a product, the maker and seller should be there for you to ask questions.

I'm starting to see sellers walk away from any questions and makers too. I take it you bought it from a company or person and you are asking here because their support is as good as the current airlines.

I never go to the maker anymore

Samsung chat support, email or phone customer service is all a waste of time. They aren't experts they are barely trained and read from a script.

Verizon, xfinity, xbox are the same as well i. Have spent countless hours with those support teams only to figure out a resolution myself or on websites like these. I use cnet reddit avsforum tomshardware and some others. You get real life answers... Like "unplug your router and power cycle" like xbox tells you for EVERY ISSUE... even non connection related issues lol

That's what I feared.

Nod to AVSForum for this question. It's too model specific for me to give you a good answer.
