Konka LCD HD TV KDL37AT23U Blank screen

Sep 12, 2010 11:34AM PDT

When I watch TV occasionally the screen goes dark, the audio and TV tuner still work just no picture. I turn it off and after a while I can turn it back on and works fine until it goes black again. Any ideas?

Sounds like it is failing.

Time to find that warranty card and see if they (Konka) have a service center.

Manual?

Do you know where I can find the manual to the KDL37AT23U LCD TV. I have the same set but I need the manual, I have been looking every where. Thanks.

Find the sticker/decal with the model# and be sure to google away with that. If you continue to find nothing or little then that's the price of having some no-name brand. Only a true qualified service center or larger repair shop may offer some clues to repair costs. Too often these recent large LCD tvs are made more for being cheap at some low cost and they fail. However, be sure if any warranty is available, use it. Your warranty card or return card would had been the source to contact. Did you try the place you brought it?
