Kodak EasyShare free download error

Hi, I get an error message when trying to download the free Kodak EasyShare in Win7. Titled "Lua Error", the dialog starts with "[]Error Evaluating if(FIRST_BUNDLE ~=nil and not offer_events.loaded ==true )...." need I go on?

Thanks for any insights.

So, Bob, are you suggesting a second try? No risks of which you're aware?

But those direct downloads avoid many issues.

lua text editor is the problem

A search revealed that several others have had problems downloading from because their PC has mysteriously had lua.lua installed. Since it is a programming language it is smart enough to avoid being targeted by MS's uninstall program (i.e., Lua doesn't populate the list of installed programs), so it can't be found to be removed. However, I was able to download it directly from Kodak's international site. Thanks.
