You worked far too hard and created a bootable CD. The ISO image, if you had written it, would be bootable.
Here's a program I use to write the ISO image that will co-exist with Nero just fine -> http://www.cdburnerxp.se/
Just use it's Write ISO option.
I am not sure if any of you are familiar w/ Knoppix; Anyway, I want to burn Knoppix on a cd b/c I can only run it by rebooting my computer and allowing it to boot to the cd. I have my computer set to the cd-rom being the 1st boot device within the BIOS.
Anyway, the cd needs to be a bootable cd but I am having problems with this. I have Nero and I created a bootable disk along with the Knoppix program, but when it boots up, it doesn't go to the content of the cd. It goes into dos or something like that. I don't know why its not booting to the cd. I know it works b/c I tried it on my friends cd. Apparently something is not being burned to the cd to allow it to boot.
Would someone give me some advice on what to do?
