If it's write protected for some reason, you should still be able to read it and copy the video off before you throw it away. Otherwise, you surely have a backup of such an important video.

Hi you can resolve the problem through the regedit.exe, follow this instruction

Go to "Run" windows and write "regedit" then press enter

Navigate to this path "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Storage"

Once you reached this following location from the right pane, you will get the "Write Protected" option

Now choose this and right click on it and then click on "Modify" option

Now Edit DWord value wizard window will open, now check the figure amount of "Value data" if it shows 1.1 then 100% confirm your pen drive is write protected. It's very simple to fix this problem by replacing the 1.1 digit number with 0 because "Zero" digit number signify that "Don't Write Protected mu pen drive".

Once you successfully replace 1.1 numbers with 0 digit then, exit from the registry wizard. Now once again you need to plug in your pen drive.
