Pick up the keyboard, remove the batteries then give it a slight slap on the backside to jar the keys a little. DO NOT OVER DO THAT as if you slap it too hard the keys could go flying off. Just a gentle slap.
Install the batteries and see if the stuck key let go.
If not, try another keyboard.

Trying to get online earlier and I started typing. The "h" key constantly brings up a dialog box about intellipoint hot keys. I cancel it out but it keeps coming up. Other keys bring up the calculator, turn off the computer, etc. I cannot type with the keyboard.
The keyboard is a Microsoft wireless media desktop 1000. There's a chance my 5 year old did something to it (she always does) but I have no idea what. I even deleted that intellipoint (or some similar name) software but still have the problem.
What is going on?
