keyboard problem

by melgacho / November 13, 2010 4:27 PM PST

I am having a problem with my net book. It's a NEO Basic B3281. My OS is windows 7 starter edition. Whenever I am working with an office program. the menu bar is always activated even if i am not pressing the alt key. causing me a lot of problem when i am typing. and when i am in desktop and when i right click, the context menu will not appear. I have reformatted my net book because i was thinking that it was caused by a virus but it did not solve the problem. how will i solve this problem? is this hardware related?

If you re-installed the Win 7 OS back to factory specs, the notebook should be as it was when new. Suggest you go to their webpage, and contact them. Sounds like the keyboard has a malfunction. You could try borrowing a USB keyboard, as a test.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
