A friend of mine asked me to take a look at a problem he was having. His keyboard does not seem to work at all. We tried swapping a few keyboards with no success. After poking around, I found that if I disable his network card in Windows, his keyboard works just fine. I checked Windows for conflicts (none) and tried a few other network cards but none of this helped. The only way to get the keyboard to work is to keep the network card disabled. I would appreciate any help that the forum can provide.
Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly
Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
