keyboard on laptop doing strange things

I have a samsung laptop RF510. I was having problems with the keyboard. I replaced the keyboard.(a very interesting experience). However that did not fix the problem. When I type some of the right hand keys the cursor jumps back and starts typing in the middle of the previous word or just deletes everything. It is fairly random. I have a clean install of the OS 7. Any suggestion would be appreciated. I do not want to send it back since I am sure it is not worth the cost.

(NT) For a test, try this with an external keyboard.

Yes tried that

I did try and external keyboard and it worked fine. I am getting suspicious it may be the motherboard, but am hoping for other input.

If this was on my bench, I would...

Open it all up able to where I just removed the KBD and then get out the canned air and give the miniature KBD connection a short blast then be sure I felt the flat cable hit it's bottom and then slide/flip the retainer into place. With a lot of care, reassemble, being sure to not tug or pull on the KBD cable.

I'm making a big assumption the old and new keyboard does the same?
