Tell me about your yearly or more maintenance. Canned air to the heatsinks at least once a year?

Answer
Have you tried another keyboard?

Or have you tried the keyboard on another PC?

What I am trying
Feb 15, 2016 2:36PM PST

Tried using old keyboard and will see if that helps. Computer is only about 6 months old and I try to keep it clean. To blow off heat sinks do you need to remove the back cover off the computer? I could not see the heatsinks. Assume they are on the circuit boards.

6 months old means not your problem.

Time to make trouble for this PC's maker. Let them fix it.

Not Sure
Feb 15, 2016 3:34PM PST

The old key board locks up like the new one and closing Google Chrome and opening it back up and the problem is gone for 30 minutes to an hour or more. I have a couple of old keyboards and do not need more unless that would fix things, and I am afraid it won't.
