Keyboard key fell off

Hello,
One of my laptop keyboard keys has fallen off, and I lost it, now, how can I fix the matter?

Any ideas?

And Ebay of course but many laptop keyboards run about 10 to 50 bucks and on many laptops I consider the keyboard to be user replaceable.
