Why not ask the person or company that did such an unlucky replacement what layout it has? Or even better, why not have it replaced with the keyboard you're used to? Surely they can order that with Dell.
https://www.terena.org/activities/multiling/ml-mua/test/kbd-all.html and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keyboard_layout have some variants. Yours might be in it. Or not.
Hi
I have a Dell XPS. Its keyboard was recently replaced, but the keys and the values input are different. I want to set the keyboard language correctly so that it is easy to use.
The keyboard number layout is é!'^+%&/()=?_
It also has
@ in Q,
euro symbol in E,
Some special character keys like G,U,O with accent on top and S,C with a tail end.
Is there any specific keyboard input language that i can select to match this as its very difficult to remember and type each symbol.
Please help.
