But that's a possible solution and not the answer to your questions. Sadly, the cause and fix of that keyboard can exceed the price of an entire new PC. So such a component is swapped out to see if that's it.
I don't know why, but all three of my desktop keyboard's indicators (Num Lock, Scroll Lock, and Caps Lock)recently stopped working. This means that they neither blink during startup nor do they light up when I manually enable (press their keys). This is often causing me to, upon selecting them, test their abilities (maybe by typing text to check its case).
What could have caused this problem, and how can I re-enable them?
