Keyboard Doesnt work

I have an asus p5w dh deluxe mobo, brand new but the ps2 keyboard doesnt work. it has no os but i have everything to make it a complete build. Need help? i have windows vista but i need to set my boot priorities in order to run it! both usb and ps2 dont work ?

Take your ohm meter and find ...

Use your ohm meter on F1 and F2 on the motherboard and make sure it's not blown. Then check for extra motherboard mounts under that board.
