Since I upgraded to xp home edition my keyboard has changed I have lost my pound sign and the @ is now where the "should be please help

In reply to: KEYBOARD CHANGES see if there is newer keyboard software/drivers for you brand of keyboard. Although it normally doesn't matter, they have upgraded their software to include XP.

Have you tried swapping in a different keyboard to see if it's simply the keyboard having problems?

Regional and Language Options in the Control Panel. It can affect what KEYBOARD you are using.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
