Dell desktop DCSLF
I was given this computer and the problem is:
When I power it on the Dell splash screen comes on. It says f2 to enter bios or f12 for boot menue
As there are no ps2 connectors for this model. I have connected several different usb keyboards but no key depressiona are recognized. I have let is set there for a lengthy amount of time and nothing moves. Any ideas on how to get past the splash screen??

There's something in the BIOS about disabling USB ports. Resetting seems to be a way back.

I was worried the resets I noted wouldn't pull it out of the fire but sometimes you get lucky.
