If he had had his way the Military would not have had Cruise Missiles for any of the several times they were used to reduce risk to American and Allied pilots.

We would not have had enough Patriot Missiles either time in Iraq, nor enough Bradley IFVs and CFVs nor even M1 Abrahams Tanks.

Most likely we would STILL be embroiled in the Cold War.

Kerry is NOT a good Candidate for President and should be recalled as Senator.
