The symptom and clues here are not enough to nail it. So dive into the Event Viewer and see if it tells you more.
In the meantime, be sure you are keeping up you 1st of the month canned air cleaning. Some folk never do that and all is well until one day.
My laptop is Dell Inspiron 13. When I bought this one, it came with Windows 8. After several weeks of using it, there's an update from Microsoft to upgrade it to Windows 10, so I did.
The next few days, it kept on restarting and blue screen appeared "Your PC ran into a problems and needs to restart"
I sent to fix it and the technician formatted it, and properly installed it to Windows 10 as he said some drives are missing when I installed it. However, several days after that the SAME problem happened again
Any advice on how to fix it by myself? Thanks!!
