Keeping your team flexible and mobile

To the small business owners. What software(s) do you use to give your team mobile flexibility, while keeping everything secure?

That's been done and done why it's not secure and a fine way to lose it all.

We use a Secure server at the office with SSH on just about everything. Google "Your OWN Cloud" if you must but what is a cloud can be debated.

Cloud-based software enable the data to be available and accesible anytime and anywhere. Integration of these software helps to make a seamless solution.

Remote access to the desktop also provides the flexibility. In case of budget constraints of handling and managing servers, cloud-based virtual desktop solutions like Cloud Desktop Online can be used.
