I use CDEX, the CDs just land on the hard disk in MP3s by the CD's name. All the information I need is there.
Since I don't use WMP 10, it's not a problem for me.

I use many different burning programs (Roxio, Nero, MusicMatch) and they all exhibit the same problem...I haven't gotten the knack of getting the ID tags the way I want them when I go from my ripped song on my hard drive to a burned CD.
Even MusicMatch which "allows" you to edit or download the "correct" ID info for any track doesn't perform properly. It seems to always give me "Song BY Artist"
no matter how I set the ID format.
Even if I get a close approximation to the info I want, WMP10 NEVER is able to read ANY of it.
I've read all the HELP information provided by the manufacturers, but haven't gotten any.
Would appreciate a resource that makes everything clear or some lessons learned by trial and error by others on this forum.
Thanks
