keep having to refresh opera

hi there.

i have the latest version of opera and i also have xp home.

lately i have found that when i visit my usual forums i have to refresh each page to bring it up to date. i never used to have to do this and i'm wondering why i do now.
its so frustrating.

any help please?

I have not heard of any problems with the latest version of Opera like that.

Can you please explain more about these 'forum' sites you visit and the problem you are having?

In these forums pages do not generally auto refresh. There is one forum page that does, and that is Forum real-time activity. This is a page that lists new posts as they are submitted, allowing members to see new posts immediately. But that is only one page of 'these' forums, and I was not aware that other forums had pages that automatically refreshed.

Does this problem also happen with other browsers?
