Keep calling your Model might be added to repair list soon

Nov 2, 2010 7:44AM PDT

My Samsung started pixilating and clicking when I turned it on/off. I called 3 months ago and was told my Model did not qualify for a free repair. The set was less than 3 years old and I was quite irritated to say the least.
Three months after my first call I decided I would check with Samsung again to see if there were any new updates to see if my model could be on the repair list, to my surprise it was. Bottom line, I had it repaired today for free and it works like new.
I recommend if you have been turned down to keep calling as many models are being added to the repair list that did not qualify months ago, I am certainly happy I did.
If I did not find this forum on this site I might not have called. Thanks to all of you who posted the necessary information I needed.
