kaspersky internet security 2010

hello friend

i want to ask about this anti virus i just buy it from a pc shop then install it at home

just after i install it is okay i think but then when i want to surf the internet using the internet explorer web browser then it not respond
like this

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.

For offline users

You can still view subscribed feeds and some recently viewed webpages.
To view subscribed feeds

Click the Favorites Center button , click Feeds, and then click the feed you want to view.

To view recently visited webpages (might not work on all pages)

Click Tools , and then click Work Offline.
Click the Favorites Center button , click History, and then click the page you want to view.

this is the problem i encounter every time i use ie7 is there any other ways to solve the problem or some idea on this problem

for your info my pc spec are
2.33GHz intel core 2 duo , 500 Gb hdd
4 Gb ram ddr2 667MHz , ATI radeon eah 2600
windows vista ultimate as for my OS

firewall?

Can you access the internet using a different browser (Firefox, Chrome)? If you were unable to access the internet once you installed Kapersky then check the firewall settings for that program to see if it is blocking IE

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. Also make sure the program is up to date, it may be trying to force you to update before you start surfing.
