and the key file for their KAV. That is if you will contact "sales" and let them know which site or reseller you purchased the product. Maybe billing # or invoice # or proof of purchase (your name, date of purchase etc)

Since I reinstalled windows (vista) , I lost the password to my
Kaspersky "cabinet" (your account). After repeated e-mails to get a new password I gave up. NO way to reactivate kaspersky. After you buy , if you lose the password to your cabinet , you are ignored. So I switched to Mcafee. No problems so far.( Kaspersky did send me a new "name & password". They did NOT work. After that I did not exist to them.)
