are you booting using a usb drive? if so, try booting to compatibility mode. had it worked before?

Kali Linux is installed on the volume. I have allocated a separate volume of 52 GB for active use by Linux.
This is my first time installing Kali Linux on this PC.
How to start compatibility mode?
The console is working.
