k750i HELP NEEDED!!!!!!!!!!!!

i loaded a new theme from sony onto my stick and then the screen went blank, after that all of the preloaded images, games and applications were gone, i restarted the phone a couple of times and i mananged to get the images back though, that was when i first got the phone, now 2 months it has done the same thing only this time my messages and images have gone!

can anyone tell me why this is happening and how i can fix it?
