To see if you can pack it up and return. I take it JVC and the seller support has failed and resets fail too. New things when they fail are sadly normal and why when I can it's packed and exchanged for a new one.
Can somebody give me a tip please, what might be the problem. Couple weeks ago i purchased this soundbar, everything worked fine, since this morning after turning it on, soundbar had no sound. I tried to connect it with bluetooth, aux, hdmi, with laptop, tv and mobile phone, but every time the same problem, it connects, but goves no sound. Tried to unplug it. When pushing remote control buttons it reacts, but show no reaction on soudbar screen.
