Just who is Bernie Sanders

Feb 27, 2016 3:16AM PST

From what I find to read of his history, there's nothing impressive. It seems he has lived most of his life off the government. He may have spent some time doing carpentry but it appears that even most of those years were spent collecting unemployment pay. His formative years were post WWII so he can't blame the depression for any kind of poverty he may have endured. It seems most of his writings were little more than complaining about those who did achieve financial success. Why aren't we hearing more about these things?

When reading about the histories of the other remaining candidates, I only find one that has lived a life even close to that of typical Americans. The rest are too attached to politics to even know what those on Main Street have experienced but guys like Bernie Sanders are closer to being elected than this man. I find this to be sad...very sad indeed.

Someone must support them, or buy them.

His biggest claim to fame

was during the 60's when he got arrested for "protesting" with some group for the civil rights movement (he wasn't, for some reason, part of the MLK movement, but rather on a more radical side that disrupted rather than be peaceful. Sounds pretty similar to his current stance...

You think Sanders is presently being disruptive?

Got examples?

Here's video of his previous "disruptive behaviour"

Notice the cop arresting the "disruptive Sanders" was able to cuff him and put him in the paddywagon WITHOUT removing the cig from his mouth....So Sanders put up quite a fight.

and being led away by the police in front of the press? Such a proud moment in a young person's life. People like that should rise to become president.

Do you mean that he hasn't "evolved"?

Is that kind of steadfastness always an asset when one seeks the trust of others? Perhaps that's his problem. When he reached physical maturity his mental development ceased as well.
