You might want to check whether your RAM is properly seated. When you turn it on does it beep? if it doesnt then it is RAM. Check if there is a Master and make sure you IDE/SATA drives are properly setup. Check if your graphics card is properly fitted. If you have onboard as well as AGP/PCIe then try swapping to onboard ...if it works...go to BIOS and enable PCIe/AGP as desired interface
